We're a small, family-run studio in Franklin, Tennessee, founded by Courtney “Coco” Mitterando in September 2023, and we take your privacy seriously. This policy explains, in plain language, what we collect when you visit cococadeaux.com or reach out to us, what we do with it, and the choices you have. Information we collect

We only collect what we need to respond to your inquiry and keep our site running.

Form submissions — when you fill out a contact, consultation, or proposal form, we receive the details you share (name, email, phone, event type, date, guest count, and anything you tell us in the message field).
Email correspondence — if you email us directly, we keep that thread the same way you would: in our inbox.
Analytics — we use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to understand how the site is used (page views, referrers, anonymous performance metrics). These tools are privacy-friendly by design and don't track you across other sites, build advertising profiles, or sell data to anyone.

How we use your information

Everything we collect goes toward serving you well as a client and running the studio responsibly. Specifically:

To respond to your inquiry and prepare a proposal.
To follow up about your event, send contracts, and keep you in the loop as we plan together.
Occasionally, to send a thoughtful update or note — never a high-volume marketing blast.
To improve the site experience based on aggregate analytics.

Third parties we work with

We use a small handful of trusted services to run the business. We don't sell, rent, or trade your information — ever. Each provider listed below has its own privacy policy that applies to the data they process on our behalf.

Vercel — hosts the site and provides Web Analytics and Speed Insights.
GoHighLevel (GHL) — the CRM that receives our form submissions and helps us track inquiries through the proposal process.
Google Business Profile — powers our Google listing and reviews.
Email providers — the email inbox we use to correspond with you.

Cookies

Our site uses minimal cookies, only what Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights need to function. We don't use advertising cookies or cross-site trackers, and we don't participate in retargeting networks. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time without breaking the site. If you submit a form through our embedded contact widget, that submission is sent securely to our CRM regardless of cookie preferences.

How long we keep your information

We hold onto inquiry records as long as the relationship is active, plus a reasonable window afterward in case you reach out again about another event. If you ask us to delete your information, we will, except where we're legally required to retain certain records (for example, a signed contract or an invoice).

Security

Form submissions travel over HTTPS, and our CRM and email accounts are protected with strong passwords and two-factor authentication. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your information the way we'd want ours treated.

Your rights

You can ask us, at any time, to:

See what information we have about you.
Correct anything that's wrong.
Delete your information from our records.
Opt out of any future emails (we'll remove you the same day).

Children's privacy

Our services are intended for adults planning events. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, please let us know and we'll delete it right away.

Updates to this policy

If we make material changes, we'll update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. We'd encourage you to check back occasionally if you care about the details.
